Who We Are
Hospice Advantage is a Medicare and Medicaid certified hospice program, providing superior end-of-life care to patients and families in 13 states including seven offices in Michigan.
We Help Families By:
- Assuring that loved ones are comfortable and cared for.
- Providing good communication to the family about the condition of their loved one, regardless of where the family member lives.
- Peace of mind, knowing a trained, qualified and compassionate Nurse, as well as support staff that includes Social Workers, Home Health Aides/CNA's, Chaplains, Massage Therapists and Volunteers are only a phone call away 24 hours a day -7 days a week.
What We Do
Hospice Advantage provides care, comfort, and compassion to the terminally ill and their families. As part of that team, our Volunteer Department offers our patients social visits and respite for caregivers. Our volunteers also play an important role within the office by making phone calls, sending mailings out introducing volunteer services to families, and helping maintain compliant records.
The Hospice Advantage volunteer department utilizes patient visitors, office administration, therapy dogs, college field placements/interns, and other uniquely skilled people, providing a large array of volunteer opportunities.
